A Canadian company, Central Ventilation Systems & Heating is owned & operated by Lee Holden in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Excess moisture on windows: Foul smelling indoor air. The home may lack controlled air exchange. The minimum recommended is 15 cubic feet per minute of fresh air per occupant as recommended by ASHRAE - www.ashrae.com Blackened corners: This is an indicator of poor insulation, high humidity, mold development with the possible lack of ventilation and air circulation. Re-occuring and frequent respiratory ailments: This can be a result of contaminated or dusty air with lack of quality filtration and/or lack of properly controlled ventilation.
